Let's Go Fishing

Take a ride with Cat Daddy to secret locations in the Galveston, TX area. On Savage Style Fishing we call these locations "honey holes" which are small top secret hot spots where the fish bite unexpectant and frequent. The weather was sunny at first but then it gets gray, rainy and cold; no matter the weather Savage Style Fishing makes it better. In the very beginning of the video we use frozen squid then we switch to live shrimp as bait on a Carolina Rig. We suggest you use a small single hook or a size 10 - 8 treble hook that way anything that bites will swallow it. It's fun fishing at the bottom because that is where all the action is located when you are saltwater fishing. Fishing at the bottom in saltwater could result in croakers, red drum, black drum, sand trout, speckled trout, catfish and yes indeed those flatties they call flounders. Be careful not to be fooled by crabs. Crabs will tug on your line making you feel like you have something; it is the crab working his jelly with his claws attacking and cutting your shrimp. There will be times the crab may get caught by the hook where you can reel your line in and there he is "Mr. Cut My Bait Thief" aka the crab.. Eat his ass up in a nice bowl of gumbo! A sudden deep hard pull like a game of tug and war is what you are feeling for when holding your fishing rod. It is an exhilarating awesome feeling that we suggest you try. Once you feel a good hard pull the fight is on and sometimes you may be surprised how hard the fish is fighting when the size of the fish is not that big, but when a nice 20 inch red drum comes through be ready big baby - you're about to go to war with a monster. Hold on to your fishing rod, give the fish a lil drag, and good luck! Thank you for watching and do not forget to like, comment, share, and subscribe. Stay tuned for the next adventure coming very soon. #RedDrum #Saltwater #Texas
